Mike Wooster- Parts Manager of the Year
Keizer Refrigeration’s Mike Wooster was recently awarded the Parts Manager of the Year for the complete Carrier Transicold dealer network. Wooster was nominated by company President Shane Keizer, who is quoted as saying, “Mike’s number one concern is to find the customer a solution and he uses his skills and experience to work with Carrier to that end. I am very proud of him and his team.”
The criterion includes the areas of sales performance, customer satisfaction and training and sales/marketing activities. This national recognition is awarded to the top performing manager of aftermarket components from the Carrier Transicold dealer network, a supplier of industrial equipment to the foodservice transport industry with over 600 dealers nationwide.
Mike Wooster represented Keizer Refrigeration, Inc. and Transport Refrigeration of South Dakota, Inc. at the Carrier Transicold National Dealer Meeting in San Diego on March 20 where he was called out for exceptional performance and support of both his dealership and the Carrier Transicold brand. His outstanding customer focus, peerless operational management, and strong sales results were the defining factors in choosing Wooster for this award.

Mike Wooster has been with Keizer Refrigeration, Inc. and Mid-States Utility Trailer Sales, Inc. since 2001 and has been the Parts Manager since 2007. Mike, his wife Melissa and their children Paige, Ava and Brynnan reside in Mapleton, Iowa.
