Last week we received a testimonial from Phil Goehring, Transportation Manager for Products Unlimited, Ltd. Phil’s company needed onsite support and could not praise enough the response he got from our Mobile Service Manager, Jenni Blum: “Jenni came here to Read Street yesterday morning to talk about a Peterbilt starting issue. We talked for about 20 minutes and I could see that she really cares about the job and the customer base. You know I’m old school and I just thought you should know for her to take her time out and have an eyeball to eyeball conversation with me goes a long way with me and is greatly appreciated!”
Jenni says: “It was one of these Nebraska days, a snow storm with freezing temperatures and Phil needed his truck back on road right away. We met and worked out a solution right there. I enjoy being able to help out our customers when they need it most, and I love having a great team to back me up. My team is out in the snow, rain and heat all year around and to be able to offer support for them is the best feeling in the world.”
