Mid-States Utility are thrilled to announce a promotion in our Omaha store! With much excitement we welcome Zach Fritz to the position of Service Manager. Zach has been in the industry for 7 years now and has been a key part of our service team for several years now, working hand in hand with our customers and also the trailer sales and parts departments to ensure smooth operations. Zach brings a wealth of experience to the position but also a modern outlook and innovative thinking.

Zach says: “The thing I enjoy most about my job is knowing how important our shop’s role is in the industry and the gratification I feel knowing that what we do actually makes a difference. If it wasn’t for our shop these trailers would be broken down for longer, unable to get freight to their customers. Our industry plays a major part in keeping the country active. If it wasn’t for shops like ours grocery stores would not have food on their shelves, construction sites would not have products to build with and parts stores would not have parts on their shelves.”

We are also very excited to welcome a new team member to our service department. Adrian Westcott is taking on the role of Warranty Coordinator / Service Advisor. Adrian has worked in the industry for over 10 years and we are very fortunate to have a talent of her caliber on our service team. It’s no surprise that Adrian’s passion is working on cars! She finds that detailing her car uses well her patience, challenges her but also helps her stay grounded. Adrian also enjoys going to Mid-America MotorPlex with her daughter and her grandfather who races there!

Mark Golden, the Operations Director at our Omaha Branch says: “We are thrilled to be constantly innovating and driving change at our branch.
