Parts Departments Review New Products and Technology
Mid-States Utility Trailer Sales, Keizer Refrigeration and Transport Refrigeration of South Dakota parts managers and sales representatives met for the 2017 Parts Sales Conference and Training Sessions on February 15thand 16th in Sioux City, IA. Matt Boccher, Regional Sales Manager at Utility Aftermarket Parts joined the team, along with a number of partner vendors who introduced new products and presented new technology that will assist us in getting aftermarket parts to our customers faster and at a more competitive price. Vendor presentations included Luberfiner, Conmet, Bendix, Hendrickson, Tech Tran, Kinedyne, Maxon, Illinois Clutch, Right Weigh, Minimizer and BWP. Duane Salonen launched the conference with a “Skills For Success” Dale Carnegie themed session focused on effective communication and human relation skills.
2017 proved to be a strong year for parts sales and the parts teams look forward to the 2018 and the opportunities ahead with much excitement.
