He said about Mark: “I quickly learned that Mark is someone who has a genuine desire to see the people around him become successful in their careers at Mid-States Utility. What impresses me the most about Mark is the leadership he demonstrates by holding himself accountable for his active participation and supporting role in the entire team development process.”
Steve said about Duane: “Duane brings a high level of professionalism and credibility into every interaction. Throughout the eight week Dale Carnegie Program he demonstrated the ability to enhance relationships and face challenges. It’s through these successful experiences that Duane will continue to motivate himself while empowering others along the way.”
Duane himself enjoyed the course. He said: “For me this was my second time through the Dale Carnegie Course it was a great refresher to utilize the tools that I learned first time round. If was very helpful for me to get me out of my comfort zone, to be more outspoken and to voice my opinions.”
Steve said about Bo: “Bo is the genuine article. His ability to look you in the eye and speak with diplomacy and confidence makes him convincing. In addition, that style of communication brings trust and credibility to the sales and service Bo provides.”
About Mike Steve said: “Watching Mike become more relaxed each week when speaking in front of other Dale Carnegie participants was amazing. Mike is genuine and goes out of his way to help others. He brings a lot of experience to the table every day and seeing him communicate in a conversational yet confident tone adds even more to his credibility and professionalism.”
With Garrett Steve admired his courageous character: “The strength I see in Garrett is his willingness to take a risk and do things that go outside of his comfort zone. His authenticity is what makes him easy to listen to and it goes a long way in building a solid foundation of trust with his customers.”
Steve said about Darin: “Darin demonstrates the ability to go beyond what is comfortable by stepping up to challenges. His calm demeanor and conversational way of communicating builds partnerships with customers that go beyond making a sale and into a role in which customers see Darin as a trusted advisor.”
And last but not least, Steve congratulated Lyle: “What I most admire in Lyle is his enthusiasm and the positive impact that it has on those around him. It’s infectious and Dale Carnegie himself believes that Enthusiasm is the little known secret to success.
